My Yogi-path started in 2010 under the guidance of Amber Paul in New York City. Since then I have never looked back. My practice gives me peace of mind and relaxes and strengthens my body. It gives me focus and a sense of self. Yoga provides the clarity through which I perceive and experience the world. Wishing to share this path I returned to New York in the summer of 2015 to get certified as an instructor with Three Sisters Yoga .

 

I teach to create strength in body and mind, to find balance in this mad world, and to foster compassion and understanding towards others and ourselves. Treat others as you wish to be treated. Treat yourself with love and kindness.
